MedicalPRO Network is exclusively an informational directory and navigation utility. Searching for a physician or viewing clinic hours does NOT establish a doctor-patient relationship, nor does it constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or triage.
Do not use this directory or any associated inquiry form for acute medical crises. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911 or proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
All claimed profiles and member clinics are strictly bound by our Advertising Standards. No patient testimonials, guaranteed medical cures, or comparative superlatives are permitted.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Practitioner,” or “Facility Representative”) and MedicalPro Group Pte. Ltd. (“MedicalPRO,” “we,” or “our”), governing access to the website located at medicalpronetwork.com and related directory APIs, mobile web interfaces, and verification tools (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, browsing directory records, submitting an account registration, or claiming a profile, you certify that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Directory Advertising Standards.
The directory compiled and served on MedicalPRO Network is designed exclusively to facilitate public discovery of licensed medical doctors, dentists, clinics, and accredited healthcare institutions in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
To provide a reliable and comprehensive regional directory, initial listings are populated using statutory public registries (such as the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission Board of Medicine and DOH licensed health facility registries):

Automated Scraping & Harvesting
Unauthorized bulk extraction, programmatic scraping, or data harvesting of practitioner phone numbers or email addresses for spam, marketing, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent Claim Challenges
Attempting to claim or hijack another medical practitioner's listing using forged credentials, disposable emails, or false authority constitutes fraud and will be reported to the PRC and law enforcement.
Platform Interference
Launching denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, injecting malicious code, probing endpoint vulnerabilities, or attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication firewalls is strictly forbidden.
Fake Reviews & Testimonials
Submitting synthetic endorsements, fake patient reviews, or defamatory ratings violates healthcare ethics codes and will be purged immediately.
All software, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, visual designs, database structures, search index compilations, and trademarks associated with MedicalPRO Network are the exclusive proprietary property of MedicalPro Group Pte. Ltd. or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and browse the Platform for personal, non-commercial healthcare discovery. No content may be reproduced, mirrored, syndicated, or resold without our prior written authorization.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEDICALPRO GROUP PTE. LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MEDICALPRO GROUP PTE. LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) RELIANCE ON ANY DIRECTORY LISTING OR CLINIC INFORMATION; (B) ANY MEDICAL SERVICES RENDERED OR DELAYED BY INDEPENDENT PRACTITIONERS; (C) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR DATA TRANSMISSION ERRORS; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mutual conciliation. If unresolved within thirty (30) calendar days, the dispute shall be resolved through the appropriate judicial courts having proper jurisdiction in Manila, Philippines, or Singapore, as elected by MedicalPro Group Pte. Ltd.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in regulatory guidance, statutory updates (e.g., amendments to RA 10173 or PRC regulations), or Platform enhancements. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after revisions constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
